I think I've made ~Eruki-chan wait for something from me for long enough. I've been fighting with the colours. Suggestions would be fantastic.

This design was created with the impression that it would go on the shoulder or lower back. It's a koi fish that's acting as the the middle of the Ying Yang symbol that's there. The sun is on the bottom, with the moon up the top. I was thinking about putting the seasons as shown through water, rain, leaves and flowers.
I'll explain everything in more detail (the reason why it's the way it is and all) when I finally finish the colouring. Don't expect that to be anytime soon though. ==;
awesome..
love the way u did the koi as the separation for the yin and yang..
a for colours - yea can totally feel how u would have a hard time...
black white and grey
or u could ask Eruki-chan what's her/his fave colours

I was actually thinking that something more along the lines of pink and red would work, considering the sun and moon wouldn't go all that well with a warm coloured koi. With the sun, I think there'd be too much yellow/gold, whilst with the moon, it'd contrast terribly; there'd be too much yellow for me to stick blue in it. I'm not sure though. Perhaps submitting a deviation with many variations of the design is the way to go? I appreciate the suggestion though. Perhaps I could mix and match it with silver or grey...
Thank you! I'm glad to hear it! It's giving me a hard time. Stupid colours... Do you have a scheme in mind? Anything you want to be a specific colour? It could end up making this a whole lot easier...
XD It'd cost an arm and a leg, I'll tell you that much. It cost my Dad's friend $100 to get single lined words tattooed on him; I can't imagine the price of a complete pic. I wish you good luck with it.
Thanks! I'm actually quite proud of it despite the fact that it's killing my brain when it comes to colours. It's not colouring itself like most of my other colours do.
Ooo... I hadn't thought of that. Eruki-chan said she liked bright colours, but contrasting black with gold/yellow and a brightish red would make them far more vivid than simply sticking blinding colours together. I like it. I'll try it out now in fact. And I took your piece of advice and asked her what she'd like. Now to wait for a reply. ^_^ Thank you for the suggestions, m'dear!
Maybe just silver and gold, with thin blue / red lines respectively? That way there wouldn't be enough blue or red to clash, maybe... it's tricky, though. I really like the design, though-- I hope it turns out well.
